Tuscola ISD provides school-based mental health services for all nine local school districts through 31n funds. The overall intent of this 31n funding is to enhance and expand the availability of mental health services and supports to K-12 students. Services are provided to students with behavioral and mental health issues who are not already receiving those services through an IEP/IFSP. Appropriate referrals for students in need of more intensive services through the Community Mental Health system or other community provider(s) can also be offered.
